AND Property, is excited to announce the addition of Daniel Barr-Waanders to our team as our new Data and Research Manager. Daniel joins us from Knight Frank, bringing an extensive background in data analysis and strategic insights that will further strengthen our market position.
During his tenure at Knight Frank, Daniel was instrumental in developing data-driven strategies that significantly improved market forecasting and client acquisition. His innovative approach to data analytics and dedication to excellence have consistently delivered outstanding results, in addition Daniel was the lead analyst within Knight Frank’s Vic Industrial Brokerage team supporting 11 agents.

Daniel graduated from Deakin University with a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Economics) and a Bachelor's of Property and Real Estate with over 3 years of experience in data analysis and real estate market intelligence with Knight Frank and Savills.
