Development Victoria | Market Sounding - Coburg North

The former Coburg North TAFE site has been earmarked as surplus land and the government is undertaking a market sounding process seeking feedback on potential future uses that support economic development, jobs, skills and community benefits.

Community and council consultation has previously been undertaken to inform the land development strategy for the former Coburg North TAFE site.

Development Victoria is now seeking feedback from businesses and organisations about possible future uses for the site.

This market sounding process will help us understand what could work on the site, how much interest there is, and what may be needed to help bring the site back into use.
